HUL in acquisition talks with D2C brand Minimalist valuing it at Rs 3,000 crore: sources

Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has held discussions with direct-to-consumer (D2C) beauty brand Minimalist for an acquisition valuing it at Rs 3,000 crore ($350 million approximately), people with knowledge of the matter said. While talks are for at least a majority stake, the deal may ultimately result in a 100% acquisition, said people briefed on discussions.
