DPDP Act draft rules: What it means for users and tech companies in India

The government has released the draft Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act for public consultation and feedback (open until February 18). These rules, which will be tabled in the monsoon session of Parliament, have significant implications for both users and tech companies operating in India.
