Italy probes CK Hutchison unit on tax in 3.4 bln euro asset sale: Report

CK Hutchison Holdings’ Italian telecommunications unit, Wind Tre, is the target of a probe alleging that it evaded taxes during a 3.4-billion-euro ($3.52 billion) asset sale to Cellnex Telecom SA, Bloomberg News reported on Thursday.
