BT defeats $1.6 bln UK lawsuit for customer ‘overcharging’
LONDON: BT defeated a 1.3 billion pound ($1.64 billion) lawsuit brought against the British telecoms firm for allegedly overcharging millions of customers for fixed telephone lines, a London tribunal ruled on Thursday.
