OTT regulation comes under I&B Ministry, says Jyotiraditya Scindia

New Delhi: Communications minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said regulating over-the-top (OTT) platforms comes under the purview of the information and broadcasting (I&B) ministry, even though the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) is examining issues raised by telecom operators about pushing these platforms to share infrastructure cost.
