Bombay HC grants temporary relief to Hind Rectifiers in trademark dispute on ‘Hirect’

In a relief to semiconductor and railway transportation equipment maker Hind Rectifiers Ltd, the Bombay High Court has restrained Chrome21 India Pvt Ltd and its holding company Golden Second PTE from using the ‘Hirect’ trademark in any manner.
