NEW DELHI: The satellite spectrum in the Ku band (around 14GHz) and Ka band (27.1GHz to 31GHz) is “inherently shareable” and it is neither “desirable nor feasible” to allocate these airwaves through an auction route, according to the union minister of communications Jyotiraditya Scindia.
