Singapore, Vietnam firms in talks for new undersea cables
HANOI: Singaporean asset manager Keppel and Vietnamese conglomerate Sovico Group are discussing plans for new undersea fiber-optic cables that would boost the region’s data centre industry, people familiar with the discussions said.
