Google has launched Gemini 2.0, an AI model for the ‘agentic’ era. This model can power AI agents – intelligent assistants that can take command and perform actions on users’ behalf. For example, Google announced Jules, an AI agent that can code, analyse issues and fix them on their own as well as Project Mariner – that can undertake tasks on the web.
