Spotify ‘Car Thing’ drives off: Read final message on the first and only device the company ever made

Spotify’s dedicated in-car music player, “Car Thing,” has reached the end of the road. The company has officially discontinued the device and is offering refunds to owners until January 14. Designed to provide a streamlined music control experience for drivers, Car Thing began displaying its farewell message to its users.
