UK’s Vodafone sells 3% Indus stake in multiple block deals for Rs 2,801.7 crore; Morgan Stanley, BoFA, Blackstone, Kotak MF among buyers

UK’s Vodafone Group Plc has exited telecom infrastructure developer Indus Towers, selling its remaining 3% stake through multiple block deals, which amounted to Rs 2,801.7 crore, to global investment banks, international alternative asset managers, overseas fund houses, hedge funds, local mutual funds and pension funds.
