Riot Games unveils Project K, a physical card game set in the League of Legends universe

Riot Games, the gaming studio that introduced us to League of Legends and Netflix’s Arcane series is once again diving into the world of physical card games. Codenamed Project K the physical card trading game will be set in Runeterra and draw inspiration and champion designs from the League of Legends universe.

In the video, we can see that the game will be playable in the popular 1v1 trading card game (TCG) format, but Riot says it can also be enjoyed in groups of up to four players in teams of two. Similar to popular TCG titles like Magic: The Gathering or the digital card game Hearthstone,
