India to bar Chinese vendors, mandate ‘trusted’ IoT modules

NEW DELHI: The Indian government is working on a regulatory regime that would allow Internet of Things (IoT) modules to be procured only through ‘trusted sources’ following heightened concerns over widespread use of Chinese-origin components in India.
