Tejas Networks selected as broadband equipment supplier for BharatNet project in Tamil Nadu

NEW DELHI: Tejas Networks has been selected to supply its gigabit passive optical network (GPON), optical line terminal (OLT), optical network terminal (ONT), and management system for BharatNet-driven last mile connectivity (LMC) project in Tamil Nadu, the homegrown telecom gear maker said in a regulatory filing Thursday.
