PU develops AI model for identifying forged and real signatures

Researchers from the Department of Anthropology and Institute of Forensic Science, Panjab University, Chandigarh, have developed an artificial intelligence-based model for identifying real and forged signatures. The copyright office of the Government of India has granted a copyright registration to the AI model, which can be used to identify frauds such as signature forgery on important documents.
