Google Photos’ new feature lets you “Undo Device Backup”: Here’s how to do it

Google is giving users more control over their photos with a new feature rolling out to the Google Photos app. “Undo device backup” allows users to easily remove all photos and videos currently synced to their Google Photos account from a specific device.
This update caters to users who might not want all the photos and videos from their device automatically backed up to the cloud. Perhaps you’ve recently switched phones and don’t need the old pictures taking up space in your Google Photos storage. Or maybe you’ve captured a series of personal photos you’d prefer to keep offline.
