‘Ban Indian TV channels’: Writ petition in Bangladesh high court

A writ petition has been submitted to the High Court of Bangladesh, requesting a ban on the broadcast of all Indian television channels in the country.

Lawyer Ekhlas Uddin Bhuiyan, who filed the petition, confirmed the development on Monday. He stated that the matter is expected to be heard by a High Court bench comprising Justice Fatema Najib and Justice Sikder Mahmudur Razi.
