MapMyIndia to spin off B2C unit; CEO Rohan Verma to head new venture

Homegrown digital mapping services company MapMyIndia is planning to separate its business-to-consumer (B2C) division into a new entity, which will be headed by current chief executive Rohan Verma, it said in a stock exchange filing on Sunday.
