HCLTech completes acquisition of HPE assets for $225 million

HCLTech, India’s third largest IT services provider, has completed the acquisition of select assets of Communications Technology Group, a business division of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) company, the IT major informed the stock exchanges on Monday.
