In relief to Vodafone Idea, DoT changes bank guarantee waiver terms

The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has watered down the provisions for availing the bank guarantee (BG) waiver for spectrum auctions conducted before 2022, officials familiar with the matter said, a move which will come as a big relief for financially struggling Vodafone Idea (Vi).
