Telcos seek to expedite notification of DoCA’s norms against spam calls, messages

NEW DELHI: The telecom industry has sought the Department of Consumers Affairs (DoCA) to notify the guidelines for the prevention and regulation of unsolicited business communications at the earliest so that action can be taken against entities initiating unsolicited business communications (UBC) that have been negatively impacting mobile susbcribers’ experience lately.
