Qualcomm may have ‘abandoned’ its Intel takeover bid due to this ‘big’ reason

Qualcomm’s rumored interest in acquiring Intel has cooled, according to recent reports. The potential deal, which could have been one of the largest in tech history, is said to have encountered substantial hurdles, prompting Qualcomm to rethink its approach.
Citing sources familiar with the matter, a report by Bloomberg said that the complexities associated with acquiring all of Intel made a deal less attractive to Qualcomm. However, the people said that Qualcomm may acquire some part of the business or “rekindle its interest later”.
