Infosys hands out 90% average performance bonus fuelled by uptick in growth

Infosys, country’s second-largest IT services company, has announced an 90% average performance bonus payout to its eligible employees for the second quarter ending September of the ongoing fiscal year 2024-25, people briefed on the matter said. The bonus will be rolled out to mid-and-junior level employees across delivery and sales units, who form the bulk of the Bengaluru-headquartered software major’s over 3.15 lakh workforce, multiple people confirmed to ET.
