Google India is expanding its family-building benefits program, offering comprehensive support for employees regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, or family structure. The Enhanced Family Building Benefits program, Google says, aims to support Googlers throughout their parenthood journey with financial assistance and expert guidance.
“At Google, we want to help everyone live their best lives, and for us, that effort starts at home,” said Roma Datta Chobey, Managing Director and Interim Country Lead of Google India. “Irrespective of a Googler’s stage of life, gender, or sexual orientation, or how they choose to build and structure their families, they will receive support from Google.”
