Why and how Google ‘break up order’ is also $20 billion-plus ‘loss’ for Apple

The US Justice Department’s recent antitrust lawsuit against Google has sparked concerns over the potential consequences of its proposed remedies. The Department of Justice (DoJ) recommended, among multiple other measures, that the tech giant sells Chrome and cuts an exclusive search deal with Apple.
This means that Google will be prevented from paying billions to Apple to maintain its default search position on iPhones.
