‘SC judgement on right to claim tax credits on infra duties to ease telecom industry’s financial burden’

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court’s judgement on affirming the telecom industry’s entitlement to claiming credit taxes and duties paid on towers and its parts, including green shelters, will help reduce the financial burden in the sector and accelerate 5G deployment in underserved regions, associations said on Wednesday.
