Instagram launches Recommendations Reset for a fresh start in Explore, Reels, and Feed

Instagram is rolling out a new feature called Recommendations Reset, designed to give users – including teens – a fresh start with the content they see across the platform’s Explore, Reels, and Feed sections.

The new feature offers a simple, user-friendly way to clear your content recommendations with just a few taps, Meta explains. Once activated, Instagram will reset the posts and accounts suggested to users, giving them the chance to redefine what content they want to see. Over time, Instagram will repersonalise recommendations based on the accounts and types of posts the user interacts with most.
