FIR lodged against these 4 Telegram channels over UPPSC protest

Four Telegram channels are facing legal action for allegedly spreading misleading information and inciting students during a protest outside the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC). According to a report by the news agency PTI, police have confirmed that an FIR has been registered against the channels under Section 318 (4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the IT Act at Civil Lines police station. The complaint was filed by Krishna Murari Chaurasia, who is the in-charge of the UPPSC police outpost.
