Reliance and Disney India arm merger completed

Bengaluru: Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), The Walt Disney Company and Viacom 18 Pvt Ltd, on Thursday, announced the completion of merging Viacom18’s media and Jio Cinema businesses into Star India.
