Uber is set to launch India’s first ‘Assisted Service’ option in its app at the new terminal of the Pune International Airport (PIA), offering a specialized service for people with mobility challenges and making it easier for them to reach their final destinations.
Passengers with disabilities (PWD), solo women travellers, pregnant women, and those with joint pain or fractures can now identify themselves on the Uber app to access direct and convenient transportation options to their drop-off locations by selecting the pickup point at Terminal Two.
