Telecom minister Jyotiraditya Scindia …. breaks silence on Elon Musk-owned Starlink’s entry in India

Union Minister for Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia stated Tuesday that Elon Musk’s Starlink must address all security concerns and comply with regulatory requirements before receiving a licence to operate satellite internet services in India.
“We are ready to give a licence to anyone, including Starlink. They have to comply with all our concerns,” Scindia told media. “We have to see that all security concerns are addressed. There is a specific format. You have to check all the boxes. When you check all the boxes, you get the licence.”
