Asterion agrees to sell data centre operator Nabiax to Aermont

Spanish infrastructure investment fund Asterion Industrial Partners and Telefonica agreed to sell Spanish data centre operator Nabiax to European asset manager Aermont Capital, the companies said on Monday in a joint statement.
