US lawmakers press top chip equipment makers for details on China sales
WASHINGTON: China hardliners in Congress are calling on the world’s foremost semiconductor equipment makers – KLA, LAM, Applied Materials , Tokyo Electron and ASML – to provide details of their sales to China.
