AI agents more effective than GenAI for enterprise productivity: Deloitte Study
New Delhi: Artificial intelligence (AI) agents can be a more effective tool compared to large language models (LLMs) or GenAI applications, opening up new possibilities to drive enterprise productivity and program delivery through business process automation, British professional services firm Deloitte said in a study.
