Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang asks SK Hynix to advance supply of HBM4 chips by six months

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has requested South Korean semiconductor manufacturer SK Hynix to accelerate the supply of HBM4 by six months. The company has earlier announced to supply the upcoming HBM4 chips in the second half of next year. According to an IANS report, the information was disclosed by SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won at the SK AI Summit recently. “Last time we met, he asked me to bring forward by six months the supply schedule of HBM4, which had already been set,” Chey said.
