LinkedIn introduces new AI hiring assistant to make recruiting easier for everyone

LinkedIn has announced the launch of its new Hiring Assistant, an AI tool designed to simplify the recruitment process for businesses. This exciting development aims to relieve recruiters from repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus more on building relationships with candidates and making informed hiring decisions.

The Hiring Assistant is LinkedIn’s first dedicated AI agent and is currently in testing with a select group of large enterprises, including AMD, Canva, Siemens, and Zurich Insurance. This tool is expected to be rolled out more widely in late 2025.
