Zomato gives a clarification to BSE on platform fee hike

Zomato has a clarification on the recent platform fee hike – a day after the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) reportedly sought clarification from the online food delivery platform. Zomato said that the Rs 10 platform fee hike is “not a rumour”.
In a document addressed to the BSE, Zomato said that the news about platform fee hike is not a rumour and the changes “are a routine business matter”.
