GSMA re-elects Telefonica’s Álvarez-Pallete López as Chair, Airtel’s Gopal Vittal as Deputy Chair for 2025-26

NEW DELHI: London-based telecom industry association GSMA has re-elected José María Telefonica chief executive Álvarez-Pallete López, as Chair, and Bharti Airtel’s managing director and chief executive Gopal Vittal as Deputy Chair for a two-year term, starting January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2026.
