This RBI message with ‘tip’ to prevent ATM PIN fraud is fake

Received a message with tip to prevent ATM pin theft claiming to be from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)? If yes, then be warned. This message is fake and has not been issued by RBI. The official social media handle of PIB Fact Check has shared a post on X (formerly known as Twitter) informing users about the fake message.
