Zee Entertainment reappoints Punit Goenka as MD & CEO for five years

The Zee Entertainment Enterprises board has reappointed Punit Goenka as the MD & CEO for five years with effect from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2029, the company said in a filing. The appointment is subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders.
