India smartphone market shipments grow by 9% in Q3, Vivo takes pole position: Canalys

NEW DELHI: The India smartphone market grew by 9% year-on-year in the third quarter (Q3) of 2024, with shipments of 47.1 million units, as vendors cleared inventory through early monsoon sales across online and offline channels to gear up for the festive season, according to the latest report released by market tracker Canalys.
