Plea in Delhi High Court seeks norms to regulate re-sale of concert tickets, blocking of illegal sites

A plea before the Delhi High Court on Tuesday sought directions to the Centre to formulate and implement a regulatory framework to regulate the resale of concert tickets through authorised platforms and avoid unlawful selling activities.

Justice Sanjeev Narula was, however, informed by the petitioner’s counsel that a similar public interest litigation (PIL) was pending before a bench headed by the Delhi high court chief justice and sought the case be listed there.
