Reddit users – shubhfaldu87 shared a post in the platform’s India community, narrating the incident. “Found a PS4 in a PS5 box! Made a complaint for the same at CS Return Failed and no one came to Pick up the product twice! Is this what we expect from #Amazon now? Is anyone here bothered by this issue with their products this year on Amazon??,” he wrote in the post.
