TCS sets in motion FY26 campus hiring process; adds 11,000 employees in H1

India’s largest IT services provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has started campus hiring process for the next financial year, it announced on Thursday.

The company has added 11,000 employees in the first half of FY25.

For the second quarter of FY25 (ended September 30), TCS recorded a net headcount addition of 5,726, marking the second consecutive quarter of growth.
