Broadcasters may move TDSAT against Trai’s new tariff regulation

Indian Broadcasting and Digital Foundation (IBDF) is likely to move the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) against recent broadcast tariff regulation amendments after the Kerala High Court dismissed its petition saying TDSAT is the appropriate forum to consider it.
