DoT sends notice to Vodafone Idea for not submitting bank guarantees

New Delhi: The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has issued a notice to Vodafone Idea concerning non-payment of bank guarantees needed to cover for past spectrum auction dues, officials told ET.
