Apple is reportedly working on a new generation of the iPhone SE. According to a report by 9to5Mac, the iPhone SE 4 may be the first phone to arrive with Apple’s first-ever in-house 5G modem. If the rumours are to be true, this will mark the end of Cupertino-based tech giant’s dependency on Qualcomm for 5G modems. This move comes after years of development following Apple’s acquisition of Intel’s modem division in 2019.
