Mphasis elects Jan Kathleen Hier as chairperson of the board

Mphasis on Tuesday announced the election of Jan Kathleen Hier, the company’s independent director since December 2015, as the chairperson of the board, effective October 1, 2024. Hier succeeds Davinder Singh Brar, who retired from his position in the company, effective September 30, 2024, after completing his term, as an Independent Director, approved by the shareholders.
