Elon Musk says X to limit visibility of bold and italic font posts, here’s why

Elon Musk, the owner of X, has announced that the bold and italics font will no longer be displayed prominently in the main timeline due to their “excessive use”. The billionaire said that the fonts are intended for use in cases where users need to emphasise specific parts of their posts.
“Due to immediate and excessive use of bold font on 𝕏, it will be removed from view in the main timeline.
