Vodafone’s Yago Tenorio quits to take up CTO role at Verizon: Report

NEW DELHI: Vodafone Group’s network architecture director Santiago ‘Yago’ Tenorio has quit the company, and is joining US telco Verizon as its Chief Technology Officer (CTO), according to a TelecomTV report.

As per Tenorio’s LinkedIn profile, he quit the British telecoms group this month. An official announcement has yet to be made.

As per the report, he has accepted the CTO position at Verizon, and the staff at the telco were informed of the appointment earlier this week.
